Camp Arey offers a cost-effective alternative to the typically pricey lakeside living experience. Our residents own their home while leasing the land from Camp Arey. This cost sharing allows for a more economical approach to owning a vacation home. Each home at Camp Arey is unique. They generally range from 2-4 bedroom homes, most with at least two bathrooms. Many homes are directly on the water, others are just a short walk or a quick golf cart ride to the water's edge.
