At Camp Arey, the focus is on the lake, where residents, spanning all ages, spend their summers enjoying all the pleasures of lakefront living.  All residents have direct lake access, at affordable prices.  Each home comes with dedicated beach, dock, and boat space, giving our seasonal community a constant "summer vacation" feel.  Our residents own their own homes and then lease the land from Camp Arey, Inc, creating an affordable way to live on Keuka Lake.  Some have direct lake views, some have garden views, but they all have one thing in common: direct lake access.
